Noor Amran & Co (‘’NACO’’) was established in 1998. The firm has a main office in Bangsar and branch in Hartamas Kuala Lumpur.

NACO began as a general practice legal firm and in time involved in various types of legal practise including corporate work such as privatisations, corporate finance and industrial dispute.

We have been involved closely in dealing with financial institutions, as well as public and private companies. Our practices extend to Islamic banking product of Murabahah Mudarabah in particular the financing of Islamic Legal Framework.

We are also able to offer our services in the dispute resolution on commercial and contract, construction dispute, banking and insolvency.

NACO also provide services legal advice on matrimonial matters and estate planning.

Our Team

Noor Amran Bin Abdul Jalil
Managing Partner
Noor Amran Bin Abdul Jalil has been in legal services since 1990. Graduated from University of Central Lancashire, Preston, England. He joined Messrs Alan Taylor & Co. at Fleet Street, London as Legal Executive. He has conducted hearing before several High Court Judges of England and Wales and worked with Queen’s Counsel at the Privy Council. Noor Amran was conferred Darjah Kebesaran Ahli Mahkota Kedah (A.M.K) in Conjunction with 81st Birthday of Sultan Kedah, DYMM Al-Sultan Almu’ Tasimu Billahi Muhibuddin Tuanku AlHaj Abdul Halim Mua’adzam Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah on 29th January 2018 at the Balai Penghadapan, Istana Anak Bukit, Alor Setar, Kedah for his services to the State of Kedah Darul Aman.
Mohd Amran Bin Kamaruddin

Mohd Amran is a Partner at Sri Hartamas Kuala Lumpur. In February 2008, he joined Messrs Noor Amran where he continues his primary area of practice in general litigation, probate and administration, banking litigation, debt recovery and execution proceedings at Sri Hartamas. He obtained his LL.B (Hons) from International Islamic University (IIUM).
Noraishah Binti Mat Yusoff
Legal Advisor
Noraishah graduated from University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in year 2014 with LLB. She is also a Certified Accountant with Malaysian Institute of Acccountants (MIA) since 2008. Noraishah commenced her career in conveyancing practice and has extensive experience in the areas of conventional and Islamic banking documentation, corporate documentation and land law.
Nor Fazli Bin Che Sab
Lawyer
Nor Fazli graduated from International Islamic University of Malaysia. He was called on Bar on June 2012. He commenced his career in litigation banking practice and has extensive experience in the areas of conventional and Islamic banking litigation practice, hire purchase, foreclosures proceeding, bankruptcy and general debt recovery.
Fateha Binti Azman
Lawyer
Fateha graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in year 2012 with LLB (Hons) and was called to the Malaysian Bar on May 2012. While working with legal firm, she took the opportunity to enhance her knowledge on legal profession by pursuing off campus learning programme in Post Graduate Diploma in Syariah from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).
